About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute installation projects for video surveillance, access control, and alarm monitoring systems across multiple sites.
- Lead and mentor installation technicians and service engineers, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, procure equipment, and control project budgets to stay within financial targets.
- Develop detailed project schedules, track milestones, and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Conduct site assessments, design system layouts, and resolve technical issues during deployment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing security technology installations, including video surveillance and access control.
- Proven project management skills with ability to deliver on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of security hardware, networking, and integration protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor management abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Certified Security Project Manager) preferred.
