About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain physical and cyber security controls to safeguard client assets and proprietary information.
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and security audits to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks aligned with applicable laws and regulations.
- Respond to security incidents, coordinate investigations, and document findings for reporting and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to modernize security infrastructure and support operational continuity.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on security best practices and technical solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in security engineering, risk assessment, and compliance management.
- Strong knowledge of facility security, access control systems, and incident response protocols.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under general supervision while mentoring less experienced staff.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
