About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure infrastructure across cloud and on‑prem environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and vulnerability scans to identify and remediate security gaps.
- Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, and post‑mortem analysis.
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices for development and operations teams.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in security engineering or related field.
- Proficiency with AWS security services (IAM, KMS, GuardDuty, Security Hub) and SIEM platforms.
- Hands‑on experience with penetration testing tools (Metasploit, Burp Suite) and vulnerability scanners (Nessus, Qualys).
- Strong knowledge of network security, encryption, and secure coding practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
