About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate security cooperation initiatives across multi‑domain operations, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, applying Agile and traditional project management practices.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to security, compliance, and contract performance.
- Serve as primary liaison between internal teams, government customers, and external partners, facilitating clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
- Analyze program data and metrics to produce actionable insights, status reports, and performance dashboards for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Secret‑level security clearance (must be current or able to obtain).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project or program management within defense, intelligence, or related government environments.
- Proven expertise in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and data‑driven decision making.
- Strong knowledge of government contracting processes and compliance standards.
- Experience applying Agile methodologies and delivering results in complex, multi‑disciplinary teams.
