Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex regulatory and compliance obligations into clear, actionable technical outcomes for networking products.
- Lead control validation and risk assessment activities across the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, legal, and privacy teams to embed compliance into design and implementation.
- Develop and maintain continuous compliance monitoring processes and documentation.
- Provide privacy guidance and support regulatory assessments for enterprise and government customers.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of security compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA).
- Experience with risk assessment, control validation, and continuous compliance monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical controls into business‑friendly language.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, security, legal, and privacy stakeholders.
- Proficiency in documenting compliance processes and maintaining audit evidence.
