Entry‑level Security Architect responsible for designing secure solutions, conducting threat modeling, and ensuring compliance across cloud and on‑prem environments. Leverages expertise in risk assessment, IAM, and network security to protect enterprise assets.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with solution architects to embed security controls into application and infrastructure designs.
- Perform threat modeling and risk assessments for new and existing projects.
- Define and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices across cloud and on‑prem environments.
- Assist in the implementation of IAM, encryption, and network segmentation solutions.
- Support security audits, penetration tests, and compliance reviews (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
Requirements
- Strong understanding of security principles, threat modeling, and risk assessment techniques.
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and identity & access management.
- Knowledge of network security concepts, firewalls, VPNs, and segmentation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) preferred.
