Security Architect & Engineer AI SaaS - Vizly

Overview

We are seeking a mid-to-senior Security Architect & Engineer to help design, secure, and clear compliance for our AI SaaS products. In this role you will not just build security systems manually. You will actively leverage generative AI tools to accelerate deployment and automate compliance evidence gathering. You will bridge the gap between secure architectural design, hands-on cloud deployment, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Threat model AI data pipelines, secure multi-tenant SaaS structures, and architect data privacy guardrails for LLM inputs/outputs.
• Build and deploy secure infrastructure-as-code (IaC) pipelines while utilizing AI coding assistants to write, review, and harden code.
• Lead the technical readiness and evidence collection for frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001 leveraging automated compliance platforms and AI-driven documentation tools.
• Continuously find ways to integrate AI workflows into daily security operations to outpace threats and scale security with a lean team.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-7 years of experience securing public cloud environments (AWS).
• Deep understanding of SaaS security principles and emerging frameworks for securing AI systems.
• Proven track record of successfully mapping technical controls and preparing a startup/product for external security audits.
• Demonstration of how you currently use AI tools to draft policies, generate secure configurations, or audit code faster than traditional methods.

We offer a flexible work environment that supports both in-office collaboration and remote work. While this is not a fully remote position, team members have the flexibility to work remotely when appropriate.

Pay: £60,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
