Software Engineer
Design and implement enterprise security solutions, focusing on cloud environments, IAM, and risk mitigation, while guiding technical teams and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the organization’s security architecture across on‑premise and cloud platforms.
- Develop and enforce security standards, policies, and controls aligned with ISO 27001, NIST and other regulatory frameworks.
- Lead threat modeling and risk assessment activities for new and existing services.
- Design and implement Identity and Access Management solutions, including privileged access and federation.
- Collaborate with development, operations and infrastructure teams to embed security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to technical teams on secure design patterns and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Security Architect or similar role, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Deep knowledge of cloud security (AWS and/or Azure) and IAM technologies.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and experience applying them in practice.
- Hands‑on experience with threat modeling, risk assessment, and security control implementation.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex security concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
