Key Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and logs using SIEM platforms to detect and investigate potential threats.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security gaps.
- Develop and implement incident response plans, coordinating with cross‑functional teams during security incidents.
- Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies to protect critical assets.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging threats, attack vectors, and security best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or security operations.
- Proficiency with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and vulnerability scanners.
- Strong understanding of threat intelligence, incident response frameworks, and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
