Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full hardware development lifecycle from concept through production, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and customer requirements.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in architecture design, component selection, and integration of embedded systems for defense platforms.
- Drive rigorous test and validation programs, establishing performance benchmarks and ensuring compliance with security and reliability standards.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, delivering milestones on time and within cost constraints.
- Maintain and enforce security clearance protocols, safeguarding sensitive information throughout the development process.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in hardware engineering for defense or aerospace applications.
- Proficiency in system architecture, embedded systems design, and test methodology.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Valid security clearance or ability to obtain one.
