QA Engineer
Experienced SDET to design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for a SaaS contact‑center platform, covering UI, microservices, performance and end‑to‑end workflows using Java, Selenium and CI/CD tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain a robust, scalable test automation framework for UI, API, micro‑service and performance testing.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker) to enable continuous quality feedback.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and quality metrics.
- Implement end‑to‑end test scenarios that simulate real‑world contact‑center workflows, including call routing, chat, and analytics.
- Monitor test results, troubleshoot failures, and drive root‑cause analysis to improve test reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in test automation using Java and Selenium (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API testing and performance tools such as JMeter or Gatling.
- Proficiency in building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Docker, and related DevOps tooling.
- Experience testing SaaS or communications platforms, preferably contact‑center solutions.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to work across full software lifecycle, and strong communication abilities.
