QA Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end test automation for cloud‑native applications, designing robust frameworks, integrating with CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high quality releases on AWS platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Java and Selenium for web and mobile applications.
- Integrate test frameworks with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to enable continuous testing.
- Collaborate with DevOps to provision and manage AWS resources for testing environments.
- Implement data‑driven and BDD test scenarios, leveraging Python for scripting and data manipulation.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide actionable feedback to development teams.
- Mentor junior testers and promote best practices in test automation and quality engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in test automation engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Selenium WebDriver, and BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow).
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda).
- Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, test design, and defect management.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
