About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand‑up, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective) and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
- Coach development teams and product owners on Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement techniques.
- Identify, track, and remove impediments to maintain steady sprint velocity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine product backlogs, prioritize work, and align delivery with business goals.
- Maintain transparent metrics and reporting in Jira/Confluence to provide visibility into team performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on Scrum Master experience in a technology‑focused environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and proven ability to implement them at scale.
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.
