About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑up, Review, Retrospective) and ensure teams adhere to Agile best practices.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, QA, and product owners to maintain a smooth flow from idea to release, focusing on identity integration stability.
- Identify, track, and resolve impediments, escalating when necessary to keep delivery timelines on track.
- Maintain and optimize the team’s Jira and Confluence spaces, ensuring transparent backlog grooming, sprint tracking, and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including metrics collection, process refinements, and adoption of CI/CD practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and proven ability to coach teams.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile tooling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across technical and business groups.
- Experience supporting delivery of identity‑management or related platform services is a plus.
