About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum ceremonies, and best practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Track progress, remove impediments, and maintain transparent burndown charts and velocity metrics in Jira.
- Collaborate with product owners to refine backlogs, prioritize features, and align releases with business goals.
- Implement quality assurance processes, ensuring deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria and standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
- Strong command of Jira, Confluence, and other Agile tooling.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Background in technical engineering or software development is a plus.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
