About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑up, Review, Retrospective) ensuring productive collaboration and timely delivery.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum roles, and continuous improvement practices to increase velocity and quality.
- Remove impediments, coordinate with product owners and stakeholders, and maintain a healthy backlog.
- Track progress using Jira, generate burn‑down charts, and provide transparent reporting to leadership.
- Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning across cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
- Proficiency with Jira and related Agile tooling.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
