About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum ceremonies, and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments, coordinate with product owners and stakeholders, and manage backlog refinement sessions.
- Track progress with Jira, generate burn‑down charts, and provide transparent reporting to leadership.
- Promote collaboration across development, QA, and business units, ensuring alignment on goals and priorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Jira configuration.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Ability to mentor teams and drive process improvements.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent preferred.
