About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product owners to refine backlogs, prioritize features, and maintain clear, actionable user stories.
- Track progress with Jira, generate burndown charts, and provide transparent status updates to stakeholders.
- Promote cross‑team communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Jira best practices.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Ability to mentor and motivate diverse, remote, or distributed teams.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
