About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective) for multiple cross‑functional teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and technical leads to ensure clear, well‑refined backlogs and realistic sprint commitments.
- Identify and remove impediments, proactively addressing risks to maintain steady velocity and delivery quality.
- Coach teams on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of self‑organization, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Track and report sprint metrics using Jira and other tools, providing transparent visibility to stakeholders.
- Support integration and deployment pipelines, ensuring alignment with CI/CD processes and release schedules.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a digital or software development environment.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks, with certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence and align diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams, driving continuous improvement and high‑quality delivery.
