About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) for multiple development teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlogs, define user stories, and prioritize work aligned with mission‑critical objectives.
- Identify and remove impediments, fostering a self‑organizing environment that maximizes team velocity and quality.
- Track progress and metrics using Jira and Confluence, providing transparent reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices, promoting continuous improvement and adherence to Scrum principles.
- Coordinate with DevOps to integrate CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth delivery and deployment cycles.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in technology or defense‑related projects.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile tooling.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, capable of managing diverse, cross‑functional teams.
- Experience working with CI/CD processes and understanding of software development lifecycles.
