About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable pipelines for processing next‑generation sequencing data (RNA‑seq, ATAC‑seq, WGS).
- Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to identify differential expression, variant calling, and regulatory elements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate computational findings into actionable biological hypotheses.
- Develop interactive visualizations and dashboards to communicate results to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Document methods, maintain version control, and ensure reproducibility of analyses.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in high‑throughput sequencing data analysis.
- Proficiency in Python and R, with experience in libraries such as Bioconductor, scikit‑learn, and pandas.
- Strong statistical background and familiarity with machine learning frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.
