Software Engineer
Lead the design, development, and optimization of automated viral assay platforms, integrating advanced instrumentation, data analytics, and robust SOPs to deliver high-throughput, reliable virology testing solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and validate automated viral assay workflows using liquid handling, detection, and data acquisition systems.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, calibration protocols, and quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Analyze assay performance data, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate new technologies and expand assay capabilities.
- Document all development activities, generate technical reports, and support regulatory submissions.
Requirements
- PhD or Master’s in Virology, Molecular Biology, or related field with strong analytical background.
- Proven experience in automated assay development and instrumentation integration.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting.
- Strong understanding of quality systems, SOP development, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
