Software Engineer
Lead the development of AI‑powered engineering solutions, driving innovation through advanced machine learning, data engineering, and cloud technologies to optimize product performance and accelerate time‑to‑market.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms that enhance engineering workflows and product performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate complex technical requirements into scalable, cloud‑based solutions.
- Implement end‑to‑end data pipelines, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance across AWS services.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, model validation, and performance benchmarking to deliver production‑ready AI systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in software engineering, DevOps, and AI ethics.
Requirements
- Strong background in Python programming and experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
- Proven expertise in AWS services (SageMaker, EC2, S3, Lambda) and cloud architecture.
- Hands‑on experience with data engineering, ETL pipelines, and big data technologies.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with a track record of delivering high‑impact AI solutions.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
