Satellite Communications Systems Security Engineer, Mid

As a Satellite Communications Systems Security Engineer, Mid, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure satellite communications systems. You will leverage your expertise in security engineering and satellite communications to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, and develop and implement secure communication protocols and procedures. You will also stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies, and provide recommendations for improving the security posture of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure satellite communications systems, including encryption protocols and secure communication protocols.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Develop and implement secure communication protocols and procedures, including secure data transmission and reception.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in security engineering and satellite communications.
• Strong understanding of security protocols and procedures, including encryption and secure communication protocols.
• Experience with security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
