Lead SAP testing initiatives by designing test strategies, managing test execution, and ensuring quality across implementations, upgrades, and support projects using SAP Solution Manager and automation tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and document comprehensive test strategies, plans, schedules, and resource allocations for SAP projects.
- Lead cross‑functional testing efforts, coordinating SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing activities.
- Utilize SAP Solution Manager and test automation frameworks to design, execute, and track test cases.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate testing risks, ensuring timely resolution of defects.
- Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to validate that SAP solutions meet functional and non‑functional requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SAP testing, with proven leadership of test teams.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD) and SAP Solution Manager.
- Hands‑on experience with test automation tools and defect management systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
