The SAP Technical Lead will provide technical leadership for enterprise resource planning initiatives, guiding the design, delivery, and optimization of complex SAP solutions. This role plays a key part in modernizing business processes through architecture, migration, integration, and performance improvements. The position partners closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful implementation and ongoing system reliability. Accountabilities:

The SAP Technical Lead is responsible for leading technical strategy, solution delivery, and operational excellence across enterprise SAP initiatives. This role combines architecture expertise, project leadership, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance system capabilities, security, and business outcomes.

• Provide technical leadership across complex SAP projects, guiding teams through planning, design, implementation, testing, and delivery.
• Architect and implement SAP solutions aligned with business requirements, technical standards, and long-term system strategy.
• Support ERP migrations, including SAP S/4HANA initiatives, data migration, system harmonization, and integration activities.
• Perform configuration, troubleshooting, optimization, and performance analysis across SAP environments.
• Lead SAP security activities, including user administration, role management, access controls, and data integrity practices.
• Establish technical standards, documentation practices, quality assurance processes, and solution governance.
• Analyze business requirements, evaluate solution options, and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with business teams, IT stakeholders, project managers, and external partners to deliver successful outcomes.
• Coordinate vendors, consultants, and technical resources while ensuring service-level agreements and project objectives are achieved.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and development support to technical team members, including SAP ABAP resources.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, prepare executive-level presentations, and communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Train end users and IT teams on new technologies, processes, and system capabilities.
