Software Engineer
Senior engineer responsible for implementing, optimizing, and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors solutions, driving integration, performance, and continuous improvement across HR and technology stakeholders.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.) to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain integrations with on‑premise SAP and non‑SAP systems using SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, and REST APIs.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and JavaScript scripts for data migration, reporting, and custom UI enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business partners to troubleshoot issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement performance improvements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations and administration.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM, SAP PI/PO or SAP CPI, and integration patterns.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and RESTful API development.
- Experience with Agile development practices and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
