Remote SAP SuccessFactors Consultant supporting SAP GROW transformation, designing, configuring, and implementing cloud‑based HCM solutions to modernize talent and employee lifecycle processes.

KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experiencedSAP SuccessFactors Consultantto supportSAP GROW (SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition)transformation initiatives by designing, configuring, and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR business processes, talent management, employee lifecycle management, and SAP SuccessFactors modules, helping organizations modernize and optimize their Human Capital Management (HCM) landscape.
This role will work closely with HR leaders, business stakeholders, project teams, and SAP architects to deliver scalable, cloud-based HR solutions aligned with SAP best practices.
Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Implementation
Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation and enhancement projects as part of SAP GROW transformation programs.
Conduct discovery sessions, Fit-to-Standard workshops, and requirements gathering activities.
Configure and deploy SAP SuccessFactors solutions based on business requirements and SAP best practices.
Support end-to-end implementation activities including design, testing, training, deployment, and hypercare.
Ensure alignment between HR processes and SAP Cloud standards.
Functional Consulting
Analyze HR business processes and recommend process improvements.
Design future-state HR processes leveraging SAP SuccessFactors capabilities.
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and test scenarios.
Collaborate with integration and technical teams to support interfaces and data migration activities.
Support organizational change and user adoption initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with HR leadership, business process owners, and project teams.
Facilitate workshops and provide subject matter expertise on SAP SuccessFactors capabilities.
Advise clients on HR transformation strategies and cloud adoption best practices.
Support executive presentations and solution demonstrations when required.
Testing & Support
Develop and execute test scripts, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate business requirements.
Assist with defect resolution and production support activities.
Support go-live planning and post-implementation stabilization efforts.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience.
