Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the SAP Security team, delivering training and best‑practice guidance.
- Monitor synchronisation jobs, access requests, and production change requests to ensure compliance and uptime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot failures in SAP GRC and related security processes.
- Manage and remediate expiring mitigation controls, coordinating with stakeholders to maintain continuous protection.
- Implement and oversee security-related changes in production environments, ensuring minimal disruption.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with SAP GRC and SAP Security modules.
- Strong knowledge of Access Control, Role Management, and security monitoring tools.
- Proven ability to lead a technical team and conduct effective training sessions.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management in a fast‑paced setting.
