Software Engineer
Lead and expand KATBOTZ’s SAP GROW practice, driving SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementations, building consulting teams, setting delivery standards, and managing client relationships to accelerate cloud transformation and business growth.

KATBOTZ LLC is seeking a highly experiencedSAP Practice Lead – SAP GROWto build, lead, and expand our SAP GROW practice focused on delivering successfulSAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Editionimplementations. This leadership role requires a combination of SAP delivery expertise, practice development, pre-sales support, team leadership, solution governance, and customer relationship management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading SAP Cloud transformation programs, developing consulting teams, establishing delivery standards, and supporting business growth initiatives. This is a client-facing leadership role responsible for ensuring successful project execution while driving the strategic growth of the SAP GROW practice.
Key Responsibilities Practice Leadership
Build and lead the SAP GROW practice, including delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Develop and maintain a high-performing team of SAP functional, technical, integration, and data migration consultants.
Establish governance frameworks, quality standards, and delivery excellence processes.
Mentor consultants, solution architects, and project managers across SAP Cloud engagements.
Create reusable accelerators, templates, and implementation assets to improve delivery efficiency.
Client Engagement & Delivery
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and client leadership teams.
Lead SAP GROW transformation initiatives and provide executive oversight across multiple projects.
Conduct fit-to-standard workshops and guide customers toward SAP best practices.
Ensure successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition using SAP Activate methodology.
Manage project risks, escalations, resource planning, and delivery quality.
Business Development & Pre-Sales
Support sales and business development teams in identifying and qualifying SAP opportunities.
Lead solution discussions, discovery workshops, and client presentations.
Participate in proposal development, statements of work (SOW), and effort estimations.
Help define SAP Cloud transformation roadmaps and value propositions for prospective clients.
Support strategic partnerships with SAP and implementation partners.
Practice Growth
Develop hiring strategies and workforce planning for the SAP GROW practice.
Identify market opportunities and emerging SAP Cloud trends.
Support consultant onboarding, training, and certification initiatives.
Drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and practice profitability.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of SAP consulting experience.
5+ years leading SAP practices, delivery organizations, or large SAP transformation programs.
