Software Engineer
Seasoned SAP Payroll Consultant to design, configure, and support payroll processes on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors platforms, ensuring compliance and optimal performance for a 12‑month contract.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Payroll configuration and enhancements.
- Implement and test payroll processes, including tax, deductions, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate payroll with other SAP modules (FI, HCM, SuccessFactors).
- Provide end‑user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
- Conduct system audits, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP Payroll and SAP HCM.
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax calculations, and reporting.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll is a plus.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP for custom reports and enhancements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a contract environment.
