About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end quality assurance for SAP NS2 deployments, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Design, implement, and maintain support architecture, including incident management, root‑cause analysis, and knowledge base updates.
- Collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams to define test plans, automate regression suites, and streamline defect workflows.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, applying Lean/Agile principles to reduce cycle times and increase defect detection rates.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on SAP best practices and quality tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SAP quality management or support roles, with deep knowledge of SAP NS2.
- Strong understanding of SAP Solution Manager, defect tracking, and test automation frameworks.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements that deliver measurable quality gains.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
