Senior support engineer responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting SAP NS2 environments, focusing on Enterprise Cloud (EC) and EC Payroll modules. Leverages deep SAP knowledge, incident management, and proactive monitoring to ensure high availability and performance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier‑2/3 support for SAP NS2, EC, and EC Payroll systems, diagnosing and resolving complex incidents.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement patches, upgrades, and configuration changes.
- Monitor system health, analyze logs, and proactively identify performance bottlenecks.
- Document solutions, update knowledge base, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
- Participate in on‑call rotations and 24/7 incident response.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting SAP NS2 and related modules.
- Strong understanding of EC architecture, payroll processes, and SAP HANA.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting tools, scripting (Bash, PowerShell), and database queries.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors or similar are a plus.
