Lead cross‑functional SAP program initiatives, driving delivery of complex solutions across multiple business units using Agile and traditional project management practices. Own scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder communication to ensure on‑time, on‑budget success.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end program delivery for SAP NS2 initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technical architecture.
- Define program scope, create detailed roadmaps, and manage resource allocation across multiple teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, track progress, and remove impediments to maintain velocity and quality.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels, providing transparent status updates and risk mitigation plans.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and best practices to enhance program efficiency.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management within SAP environments.
- Proven track record delivering large‑scale, complex SAP implementations on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, SAP S/4HANA, and related integration technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certified PMP, PgMP, or equivalent is a plus.
