Senior Tier 2 analyst responsible for rapid incident detection, triage, and resolution within SAP’s NS2 environment, leveraging SAP, Linux, PowerShell, and SIEM tools to safeguard enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts across SAP and infrastructure environments, prioritizing incidents based on impact and severity.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis, perform forensic investigations, and document findings in incident reports.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to remediate vulnerabilities, apply patches, and implement preventive controls.
- Develop and maintain automated scripts (PowerShell, Bash) to streamline incident response workflows.
- Participate in on‑call rotations, ensuring 24/7 coverage and rapid response to critical incidents.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in security operations or incident response, preferably within SAP or enterprise ERP environments.
- Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts, Linux administration, and SIEM platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, GCIH, SAP Security) are a plus.
