About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end contract negotiations for SAP NS2 Professional Services engagements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and delivery teams to develop contract templates, pricing models, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Maintain a centralized contract repository, track milestones, and monitor compliance with SLA and KPI metrics.
- Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contract terms, change orders, and renewal processes.
- Analyze contract performance data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in contract management within a professional services or technology environment.
- Deep understanding of SAP solutions, particularly NS2, and related industry standards.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Proficiency with contract lifecycle management tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple high‑priority projects simultaneously.
