About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP HCM NS2 implementation projects from initiation to go‑live, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and define test plans.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, track progress, and remove impediments to maintain velocity.
- Provide technical guidance on SAP HCM modules, data migration, and integration with other SAP solutions.
- Ensure quality deliverables through rigorous testing, documentation, and stakeholder sign‑offs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SAP HCM project management experience, with proven success in NS2 implementations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules, data structures, and integration points.
- Experience leading Agile teams and using project management tools (Jira, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
