Lead and manage SAP NS2 CAS application services, ensuring optimal performance, integration, and support across enterprise environments using SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of SAP NS2 CAS applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and maintain integration solutions between SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and external systems.
- Lead incident and change management processes, applying best practices for configuration, release, and security.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and service level agreements.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing SAP NS2 CAS environments.
- Strong technical background in SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and related middleware.
- Proven project management skills with ability to deliver on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP NetWeaver or equivalent are a plus.
