Position Summary

The SAP Data Migration Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for leading enterprise data migration, transformation, validation, and analytics efforts supporting SAP modernization initiatives. This role combines SAP functional expertise, data engineering, advanced analytics, and Palantir Foundry development to ensure successful migration of legacy ERP data into SAP S/4HANA while enabling data-driven decision making across the enterprise.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional leads, data architects, ETL developers, cybersecurity teams, and government leadership to deliver high-quality, secure, and auditable data migration solutions.

Required Security Clearance

Primary Responsibilities

SAP Data Migration

• Lead end-to-end SAP data migration activities from legacy systems into SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. Develop migration strategies, conversion plans, reconciliation processes, and cutover activities. Perform source-to-target mapping and business rule definition. Execute data profiling, cleansing, transformation, enrichment, and validation. Coordinate mock conversions and production migration events. Support data governance and master data management initiatives. Develop migration documentation, test scripts, reconciliation reports, and migration runbooks.

Desired Functional Experience

The candidate will serve as the SAP Data Migration Functional SME supporting enterprise ERP modernization and migration initiatives. The individual must possess strong business process knowledge and experience with SAP S/4HANA data migration across multiple functional domains, with emphasis on the following priorities:

Experience with federal financial management, Department of Defense ERP modernization, or government enterprise transformation initiatives is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $135,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
