About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and develop AI‑based automation tools that streamline SAP customer support workflows.
- Implement machine learning models and natural language processing techniques to interpret support tickets and suggest automated responses.
- Integrate solutions with SAP’s iXp platform, ensuring seamless data flow and system compatibility.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning of automation scripts and models.
- Document development processes, create user guides, and provide training to support staff.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related program.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with SAP technologies.
- Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts and experience with libraries such as scikit‑learn or TensorFlow.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
- Effective communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
