Software Engineer
Internship focused on building and optimizing SAP’s iXp platform with AIOps capabilities, leveraging cloud operations and automation to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and deploying platform components for SAP iXp using cloud-native technologies.
- Implement AIOps solutions to monitor, analyze, and automate platform performance and incident response.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate new features into the CX Cloud Operation stack.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Document architecture, design decisions, and operational procedures for internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Basic understanding of AIOps concepts such as anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and automated remediation.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
