About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist SAP partners in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on the iXp platform.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to diagnose and remediate SAP HANA and SAP Cloud Platform incidents.
- Document support cases, solutions, and best practices in the knowledge base.
- Participate in on‑call rotations to provide 24/7 partner support.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation of support workflows.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a computer science, information technology, or related program.
- Familiarity with SAP technologies, especially SAP HANA and SAP Cloud Platform.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
