Activities under your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to capture all payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration steps and systems setup
- Validate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations in compliance with legal regulations
- Assist and support with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks
- Manage all system testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.) and address system configuration/integration issues with local and global teams.
- Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness
- Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Business, Human Resources, a technical field, or equivalent experience, with proven involvement in 3+ successful SAP HCM implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of Mexico payroll regulations, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset.
- Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information
