About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain user assistance documentation and in‑application help for SAP Globalization products.
- Implement interactive help components using SAP UI5, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and UX designers in Agile sprints to ensure accurate and timely content delivery.
- Write and test ABAP code snippets that integrate help content with backend systems.
- Maintain version control of documentation assets using Git and follow best practices for content reuse.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a Computer Science, Information Systems, or related degree program.
- Basic knowledge of ABAP and SAP UI5 development.
- Proficiency in web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Strong written communication skills in English; German is a plus.
