Lead a high‑performing SAP FI/CO team, driving end‑to‑end financial processes, system enhancements, and cross‑functional collaboration using SAP FI, CO, and FICO modules.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP FI/CO consultants, ensuring delivery of high‑quality solutions and adherence to project timelines.
- Design, configure, and optimize SAP FI and CO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and implement best practices for financial reporting and compliance.
- Oversee system upgrades, patches, and integration with SAP HANA, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support professional development for team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP FI/CO implementation and support.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO architecture, financial processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SAP HANA and integration tools is a plus.
