Lead the design and implementation of AI‑powered customer experience solutions on SAP CX, driving strategy, architecture, and stakeholder alignment to deliver transformative digital commerce outcomes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end AI solutions within the SAP CX ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate customer experience requirements into scalable, AI‑enabled product roadmaps.
- Lead solution design workshops, creating detailed architecture diagrams, data flow models, and integration plans.
- Advise stakeholders on AI best practices, governance, and ethical considerations to maximize value and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement of AI capabilities, monitoring performance metrics and iterating on models and processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business architecture or solution design for enterprise customer experience platforms.
- Deep knowledge of SAP CX products (Commerce, Marketing, Service) and AI technologies (ML, NLP, recommendation engines).
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical architecture and actionable roadmaps.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing senior leadership.
- Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or SAP BTP) and integration patterns is a plus.
