Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Concur configuration and customization to meet client business requirements.
- Conduct business process analysis and design solutions that optimize travel and expense workflows.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and support materials.
- Participate in testing, data migration, and post‑implementation support to guarantee system stability.
Requirements
- Experience with SAP Concur implementation and configuration.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on business process improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
