About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional SAP ABAP team on CPI integration projects, ensuring delivery of high‑quality, scalable solutions.
- Architect and implement ABAP code, SAP UI5/Fiori interfaces, and SAP HANA data models to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional specifications into technical designs and actionable development plans.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes, coding standards, and automated testing practices.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide transparent status updates to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SAP ABAP development experience with strong knowledge of SAP CPI and Cloud Platform Integration.
- Proven track record managing engineering teams and delivering complex SAP integration projects.
- Hands‑on expertise in SAP UI5, SAP Fiori, and SAP HANA development.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous delivery pipelines.
