Software Engineer
Lead the design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions, driving architecture, integration, and best practices while mentoring teams and aligning technology with business goals.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the enterprise Salesforce architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business strategy.
- Design, develop, and oversee complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and event‑driven patterns.
- Lead technical delivery of Lightning Web Components, Apex code, and declarative solutions, enforcing coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical designs.
- Mentor and coach development teams, fostering Agile practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing and implementing large‑scale Salesforce solutions, with deep expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Proven track record of architecting integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or similar middleware platforms.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and deployment pipelines (Change Sets, CI/CD).
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment and driving technical governance.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Platform Developer II) preferred.
