We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-onSalesforce Lead Developer to lead enterprise Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, integrations, and platform modernization programs. The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader with deep Salesforce platform expertise, proven experience managing development teams, and the ability to architect scalable solutions for complex business environments. This role requires ownership across the full delivery lifecycle — from solution design and technical governance to deployment and stakeholder management. You will work closely with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive successful Salesforce implementations while mentoring developers and enforcing engineering best practices.
We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with 8+ years in Salesforce development and 2+ years in leadership roles. This is a remote, work-from-home contract opportunity .
The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and enterprise integrations. You will design scalable solutions, guide development teams, and ensure best practices across Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs, and platform governance.
Key responsibilities include solution architecture, code reviews, system integrations, org optimization, and migration to modern Flow-based frameworks. You will collaborate with stakeholders, drive Agile delivery, and manage deployments.
Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, security models, integrations, and DevOps tools is required. Certifications like Platform Developer I/II are preferred.
